Mahanadi Festival is a National Level Festival for the protection, promotion & propagation of our Art and Culture. Every year it is held for 8 days in close proximity to river Mahanadi, at Netaji Field , Potapokhari, Nayabazar, Cuttack. It was started in the year 2006. It is organized by the Charitable Trust KIND INDIA FOUNDATION and presented by GLOBAL INDIAN MODEL SCHOOL. Eminent educationist and Socio-Cultural Activist Dr. Chaudhury Satya Das, who is the MD GLOBAL INDIAN MODEL SCHOOL and Managing Trustee KIND INDIA FOUNDATION is its Founder and Secretary.
